I’ve been working on the Darwinports Portfile for Lighttpd 1.4.3, but for some reason it won’t compile with SSL on my machine. Until I can get a working compile, you won’t see a 1.4.x release of Lighttpd through Darwinports.
(I do have 1.4.0 submitted, but need to change the file to use local patches instead of downloading them from my server. I just learned how to do that, and it makes more sense to do that way than rely on yet another server being up.)
