I just cleaned up around this place, polishing and posting some drafts that have been sitting around for ages. There are a few gems hidden in the archives now!

Most people live defensively, responding to events as they occur, and neglect to live a life of their own choosing. As a result, they live in fear of the future and what it might bring. To live deliberately is to “choose your own adventure.” Here’s a few of my thoughts on doing just that.

I’ll probably use [this tag system][1] instead of the one I linked to yesterday; it seems a little more elegantly implemented and a little more feature-complete. What’s wonderful is that [TagTools][1] came out within 24 hours of the other. No time to wait, is there?

Am I Cool Yet?

I had no idea that having a low [Slashdot][1] (news site for geeks) ID had become such a status symbol, but apparently it has. I just read a prominent tech industry leader note that his ID was ‘in the 400,000′ range.
