I can’t remember if I noted this a while back or not, but I realized recently that all of my recent projects revolve around the concept of managing information that comes from or falls into separate realms.
The next version of my blog will be based on a piece of software I’ve named __Clutter__. Clever observers of this site will notice (to the right and at the bottom) lists of words or ‘tag clouds’ that represent the topics I frequently write about here. They’ll also notice a list of links on the bottom right, and that I occasionally post long entries and sometimes short. Some other times I post files or images.
Clutter helps make sense of all that information - helping me to organize, publish and share in a method that works more like _Jake’s Brain_.
I’m not sure when it will be ready for launch; I’ve been bitten by pre-announcing before. So this time, just keep watch for Something New. It’s a culmination of a lot of the organizational ideas I’ve discussed on my blog before.
