[Instiki][] promises to be a great addition to my toolchest - I’ve got it running locally on my iBook; it’s a great way for me to capture thoughts, write to-do lists, make notes, and in general keep track of my life in a semi-organized fashion. Instiki is a ‘wiki’, which is a web-based note pad (to put it simply) with a free-form method of organizing. What’s great is that it keeps everything together in one place, and I can organize the way *I* want to.

I’ve just started using Instiki too, and I really love it. I’m using it to maintain a CD and DVD wishlist at the moment. Any plans to post your wiki online? I’d like to, but it may be beyond my abilities… I haven’t really looked into what’s involved yet.
I don’t think I’ll be publishing this wiki online, though if it takes the form that it was beginning to take, I might end up with a lot of useful information in it. It’s really meant for my own personal use and organization, though - if there are parts applicable to other people I’d probably put them online in a static form at some point. Other than that, I probably won’t put it ‘online’
